# Stablecoin Supply Ratio

Measures economic leverage or the relative purchasing power of stablecoins against a network's native asset.

$SSR = E / S$

It measures economic leverage, velocity, or relative purchasing power. Traders use it to gauge market liquidity and potential buying pressure. A low SSR indicates high stablecoin purchasing power relative to the native asset, representing "dry powder" on the sidelines.
